拍品簡述
杯金屬胎，敞口，深腹，斜直壁，矮圈足。外壁掐絲勾勒，口沿施深藍色琺瑯釉，飾如意雲頭紋一周。腹施淺藍色琺瑯釉為地，飾纏枝蓮花紋，枝蔓層層纏繞，舒展自如。花間以紅、黃、藍、綠、白等色彩點染，華美絢麗，極具立體感。近足處飾仰蓮瓣，蓮瓣挺拔飽滿，排列規整有序。杯內壁與足滿飾鎏金，亮麗耀目，足底中央雙方框內陰刻「乾隆年製」雙行四字楷書款，字體流暢秀雅。今北京故宮博物院庋藏清乾隆〈掐絲琺瑯勾蓮紋杯〉（圖一），其造形、紋飾及款識與本品極為相似，可資參考，應為皇帝品茗所用的中型茶杯。

品茶，是生活、時尚、藝術，也是文化。杯為泡飲茶器，唐時茶盞稱「甌」，陸羽《茶經》：「甌越州上，口唇不卷，底卷而淺，受半升而已。」宋代文人治國，杯盞形態崇高端莊，清麗秀雅，宮廷內外、文人學士之間鬥茶之風大盛。明清代的飲茶習尚大致相同，康、雍、乾三朝是清宮茶器製造盛世，北京故宮博物院庋藏清雍正〈十二美人圖－桐蔭品茗〉（圖二），畫中宮苑女子舉杯品茗，茶杯雖小，然極為雅致精巧，掌上乾坤散發茶香韻味，意境悠遠。又清乾隆〈高宗觀月圖〉（圖三），畫面右下方繪一座放置茶具的斑竹架，凸顯出乾隆皇帝對茶事的濃厚興趣。此時西洋傳教士引進的琺瑯彩技法，隨即應用於茶器生產，造形及裝飾技法皆達到極高水準。本品融實用與觀賞為一體，掐絲工整流暢，釉色沉穩飽滿，鍍金光燦，圖案裝飾色彩絢麗，豔麗堂皇，表現出乾隆朝宮廷的藝術品味。

YONGZHENG ENAMELLED FOUR-CHARACTER MARKS AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)

細節
盃直口，圈足，內施天藍釉，外壁施黃地蓮壽紋，盃底白地書藍料「雍正年製」雙方框楷書款。盞托折沿淺壁，口沿施天藍地錯落各色花卉，盤面飾黃地蓮壽紋，外壁為黃地纏枝花卉，外底施天藍釉，盃托內凹處書黑色「雍正年製」楷書款。

北京和臺北故宮博物院藏有數組同形制但紋飾不同的盃連托，盃底皆書藍料款，托書黑料款。清宮檔案資料記載，乾隆時期若遇到前朝作品不成對時，曾要求製作一樣的作品與前朝作品配對，並摹寫前朝款識，如臺北故宮博物院所藏與此組相仿的雍正款盃、托，載於2012年台北出版《日月光華─清宮畫琺瑯》，119頁，圖79A、79B。該組盃、托乍看之下不無分別，但近觀則可以發現在顏料呈色及款識風格上存有差異，因此推測盃可能為乾隆為搭配雍正托所製作，卻如文獻上所示寫上雍正款。

此類盃、托常見蓮紋、蝙蝠、葫蘆、團壽等紋飾，推測應為賀壽所作，如臺北故宮所藏一組子孫萬代盃連托，載於1999年台北出版《明清琺瑯器展覽圖錄》，圖版105號，及北京故宮藏一組開光花果圖壽字盃連托，錄2002年香港出版故宮博物院藏文物珍品全集《金屬胎琺瑯器》，圖版188 號。

狀況報告
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
– There are expected signs of crackling and enamel wear to surface.
– There are characteristic enamel gaps but these are original to manufacture.
– There is an approx. 2 cm. wide u-shaped crack to one peach on the domed central cup stand, with associated minor flaking to enamels.
– There is some flaking to the enamels on the underside of the cup stand above the yong character, which has been restuck and overpainted, and there is a minute loss to enamel beneath the mouth rim on the everted rim.
-There is a small loss to the enamels beneath the mouth rim of the cup measuring 1 x 0.3 cm, and another minor loss measuring

A number of similar examples of sets of enamelled cups and cup stands with variations on the current pattern are in the collections of the Beijing Palace Museum and the National Palace Museum.The motifs of bats, peaches, lotus, Shou characters and in some cases double gourds, indicate that these would almost certainly have been commissioned to commemorate an important birthday.

A cup and cover with an oval stand similarly enamelled with peaches and bats, Shou character roundels, and a composite floral border in the National Palace Museum, is illustrated in Enamel Ware in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Taipei, 1999, pp. 208-209, no. 105. Another example, also decorated with bats, peaches and Shou characters amidst flower scroll is in the Qing Court Collection, Beijing, illustrated in Metal-bodied Enamel Ware, The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum, vol. 43, Hong Kong, 2002, p. 197, no. 188.

Compare to a similar set of cup and cup stand in the National Palace Museum, illustrated by Shi Jingfei, in Radiant Luminance: The Painted Enamelware of the Qing Imperial Court, p. 119, pls. 79 A, 79 B, sharing the same characteristics of the blue enamel mark on the base of the cup and the black enamel mark on the base of the cup stand as the present set. After research into Palace records and close examination of the differences in the colours of the enamels and the style of the writing in the marks between the cup and the cup stand, the author suggests that the former was likely to have been made during the later years Qianlong period in Canton to match the cup stand made during the Yongzheng reign.

the present pair of incense holders appears to be a very rare example. Compare to a published Qianlong-marked example of similar size and design, also with archaistic dragons in lapis lazuli colour, in the Clague Collection illustrated in Chinese Cloisonne, Phoenix, 1980, p. 116, pl. 51.

The interior is cast with a domed ring to the centre with a flat well and everted rim, and is finely enamelled to the centre with a lotus spray, enclosed by a band of lotus petals, and a register of composite floral sprays to the well, under a further band of floral scroll and cloud scrolls at the rim, against a turquoise ground.

Cloisonné enamel cup stands of Xuande mark and period are rare, and only two other examples incised with the current type of double-outlined mark appear to be published. The first, decorated with a nearly identical pattern to the present example is in the Palace Museum, Beijing, published in Metal-Bodied Enamel Ware, Hong Kong, 2002, no. 28, illustrated together with another Xuande-marked cup stand, no. 29; the second example is in the Pierre Uldry Collection, included in Chinese Cloisonné: The Pierre Uldry Collection, New York, 1989, no. 23.

盆唇口，弧腹，平底，圈足。通體藍琺瑯釉為地。腹部寶藍釉四開光內飾蓮紋，開光邊飾由一對簡化螭龍組成，開光外間以勾蓮紋，上下環飾如意雲紋。兩側置鎏金鳳耳。口沿外鏨刻回紋。足牆飾朵花紋。

此花盆開光框飾螭龍，內填寶藍釉地纏枝蓮紋，為少見的乾隆朝例子，實用於盆景花卉。該時期較多製作卷草式開光粉紅釉地花卉紋，因粉紅為乾隆朝的典型釉色，北京故宮博物院藏一例，為乾隆款開光纏枝蓮紋沖耳柱足爐，見2011年北京出版故宮博物院藏品大系《琺瑯器編‧2‧清掐絲琺瑯》，圖版208號。

此器1991 年11 月22 日於蘇黎世Koller 拍賣，拍品308 號。著錄於2013年香港出版《至尊華貴—歐洲私人珍藏御製掐絲琺瑯器》，編號48。

Cloisonne enamel flower pots are very rare and the current lot is a particularly attractive example with exquisitely cast handles in the form of elegantly curling phoenixes. While lotus cartouche is a common motif frequently used on Qing cloisonne enamel vessels, they are more often depicted with a pink ground outlined by simple scrollwork. One such example is a tripod censer decorated with four pink-ground lotus cartouches in the collection of the Beijing Palace Museum, illustrated in Compendium of Collections in the Palace Museum – Enamels (2) – Cloisonne in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), Beijing, 2011, pl. 208. The current flower pot, however, features a much rarer variation of cartouches reserved on a sapphire-blue ground, creatively contoured by archaistic chi dragons. The lavish use of details, sharp contrast of various colours and striking construction all combine to form a truly remarkable vessel for imperial use.
